- To rehydrate dried morels, soak them in a bowl filled with equal parts of warm water and milk for 30 minutes.
Dried standard morels
The morel has a strong taste and a delicious aroma and is ideal with meat dishes or as a garnish with simple mashed potatoes for example!
The dried standard morel is sold with its whole tail.
Please note that morels are always served cooked!
