Our factory is situated in Gourdon in the Lot.

We are located in the heart of this hilly landscape with its lush forests, the perfect setting for mushrooms. We are therefore in the perfect region to develop our know-how.

Located at the gateway to the Périgord, the Lot is a land of history and gastronomic excellence: cheeses (Rocamadour), walnuts, croustade, saffron, foie gras, truffles, lamb, Cahors wines... Our products are worthy of our region's reputation, and our clients include prestigious caterers and manufacturers.
